Handling Session at Winchester College

The OCS is pleased to announce that a handling session for members has been arranged at Winchester College on 24th May 2022 between 14:00 and 16:00. The session costs £10 per person. You will be responsible for your own transport to the venue. The nearest train station is Winchester. Parking is limited, although some on-street parking is available near the College, and there are a number of carparks in the town centre, about 10 minutes away on foot.  Details of where to meet will be notified to those who have tickets.

During the session, and under the guidance of Richard Foster and Stacey Pierson, members will have a chance to handle 8 – 10 carefully selected objects from the collection.

As spaces for handling sessions are necessarily limited, the OCS is planning to hold other sessions in the coming months.
