Please check your membership is current.\nThis is to give OCS members notice that the Oriental Ceramic Society AGM 2026 will take place at 17:30 on Wednesday 3rd of  June 2025 at the Society of Antiquaries, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London, W1J 0BE. It will be held in person and online. However, only those who are present in person are able to vote.\nIf you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you can appoint an eligible proxy by filling in the Proxy Form electronically HERE ( https://forms.office.com/e/ih3d3Gt0bG ). Your proxy must be both a member of the Society and be present at the meeting in person to be eligible to vote on your behalf.\nIf you have any accessibility requirements, please let us know by email. We also encourage members to contact us in advance to discuss any specific access requirements.\nSociety of Antiquaries Venue Accessibility\nThe AGM will be held at the Society of Antiquaries, Burlington House. The Society welcomes wheelchair users and mobility vehicles. While the main entrance includes steps, portable ramps are available and will be put in place by staff, who are also available to assist with safe entry and exit.\nInside, the ground floor of the venue is level throughout, and the AGM will take place entirely on this floor. Hearing loops are available please ask a member of staff.\nToilets are located on the ground floor; however, please note that they are not fully accessible. Fully accessible toilets are available next door at the Royal Academy (open Tuesday–Sunday, 10am–6pm; Fridays until 9pm).\nCarers or essential companions are welcome to attend the AGM. Please register them along with your own attendance and indicate that they will be accompanying you as a carer or companion.\nTravel and Transport\nThe most accessible nearby Underground station is Green Park, which offers step-free access and lifts from street to platform. For further details about accessible travel across London, please visit the Transport for London (TfL) website.\nAll London bus routes use low-floor vehicles with a designated space for one wheelchair user and an access ramp. Buses can also be lowered to minimise the step from the pavement. The closest bus stop to Burlington House is Old Bond Street/Royal Academy, served by routes: 9, 14, 19, 23, 38, N9, N19, N38, and N97.\n
